Salmon Maple BBQ on Cedar Plank (8 oz)
We've placed a filleted portion of salmon on a pre-soaked cedar plank. All you have to do is thaw and place it on the grill or in the oven. In minutes you'll be ready to serve a succulent pre-portioned entree of premium Salmon, delicately infused with the taste and aroma of cedar wood. Mmmm... so easy and so delicious.
Cooking Instructions:1. Defrost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging - LEAVING SALMON ON THE PLANK.
2. Place salmon still on the plank in the oven or grill preheated to 425°F/220°C.
Cook for 14-18 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 158°F/70°C.
