Braised (slow simmered) Canadian Wagyu beef with Barolo wine, spinach and mozzarella make-up the predominant flavours in this favorite Let’s Pasta ravioli. Try deep-frying and serve with a sun-dried tomato roast pepper dip for a unique taste. No artificial additives or preservatives are added to any of our products.
The Ravioli cooks in 6-7 minutes in boiling water.
Cooking Instructions
- Bring six liters of water to a boil.
- Add pasta and stir immediately. Continue stirring until the water boils again.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook pasta for 6 to 7 minutes, and strain. Internal temperature must reach 71°C.
- Add pasta to the sauce and serve.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
