These In house Chef made Organic Salmon burgers, are made with clean simple ingredients, including Organic Salmon, our signature Dock & Dine Spice mix.   

Cooking Instructions:

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the frozen salmon burger directly on the lightly oiled grill. Cook for approximately 5–6 minutes per side, turning once, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 158°F (70°C).

Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Place the frozen salmon burger in the pan and cook for approximately 5–6 minutes per side, turning once, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 158°F (70°C). Avoid pressing the burger while cooking to keep it moist and tender.
