Cooking Instructions
1. Defrost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging - LEAVING SALMON ON THE PLANK.
2. Place salmon still on the plank in the oven or grill preheated to 425°F/220°C. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 158°F/70°C.
3. EAT UP
Serve salmon right on the plank with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
