Flank Steak is large (average 800-950g)and can easily be cut into two or shared between the family in a Tapas Style dinner. It comes uniquely rolled up and typically tapers in thickness from one side to the other. It is excellent as a marinating steak and can also be sliced thinly for fajitas. There is only one Flank Steak taken from each animal, so quantities are very limited on this unique piece.
