Eye Of Round The most tender option of the 3 Round Roasts available. This makes a great pot roast and is characterized by it's unique log-shape. It is often quicker to cook due to it's shape but it is another "Low and Slow" roast. It also makes great Beef-Dip when thinly sliced for sandwiches! For Pulled Beef, cook this roast for 6-8 hours in high humidity in a slow-cooker and it will fall apart and be incredibly tender and juicy.
