Cross Rib Roast The layers of fat within the Cross Rib Roast ensure a juicy and flavourful roast. It is perfect for the Slow-Cooker, Ninja Foodie, Instapot or Smoker. It can be cooked very similar to a Prime Rib roast (medium or medium/rare), but at a much lower cost. It can also be cooked low-and-slow in the slow cooker, for a more traditional Pot Roast style. Because of this, it's one of the more flexible roasts available.
The Medium Size is perfect for 2-3 people to share while the large is great for a family dinner. It can be cooked to a Medium-Rare or it can be cooked like a traditional pot roast. Weight and size may vary depending on in-stock items.
