Chuck Eye Roast is one of our favorite Pot Roasts! With its great marbling, the chuck's tenderness and flavour is fantastic. It absorbs seasonings very well and is ideal in the slow or pressure cooker. The left-overs also make juicy stew meat or beef-on-a-bun!  Just toss it back into your slow cooker with your favorite beef stew ingredients. It is dynamite every time!  This roast also follows the "Low and Slow" rules, so as you cook it, the fibers relax and become extremely soft.
