By uniting our brands, we’re creating a more seamless experience for you, while staying true to the values that brought us here.

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just discovered us recently, we want to thank you for your trust and support. We’re proud to continue sourcing and shopping local whenever possible, and we’re excited to bring you even more of what you love—now in one place.

  • Why are we bringing on Craft Beef Co. and Bessie Box?
    These two local brands already focused on Top-quality products and by bringing them into the North Sea family we are able to provide you with more options and higher quality items under one roof. One check out, one delivery date, but even more to love ❤️
  • What does this mean for customers?
    You’ll continue to receive the same great service you’re used to—now with more options, improved support, and a simplified experience across one singular website!
  • When will the changes take effect?
    You will be able to start ordering Craft Beef Co. products and subscribe to our Bessie Box Bundles on July 3rd. You may start seeing changes to the website and branding shortly before or after this date.
  • Will the brand names change?
    Nope, you will still be able to stop by strictly Craft Beef Co. or Bessie Box, as well as North Sea products. However, all your communication will now come from North Sea Fish & Farms.
  • Will my login credentials still work?
    For North Sea customers, yes! Your existing username and password will continue to work like usual. For all Craft Beef Co. and Bessie Box customers, you will need to make a new profile on North Sea.
  • Do I need to create a new account?
    All Craft Beef Co. and Bessie Box customers will need to make a new profile on North Sea, and new subscriptions through North Sea on July 3rd, 2025
  • What happens to my saved preferences or history?
    Your preferences or history will not follow you to the North Sea website, but you should be able to find your favourites again. Contact info@northsea.ca if you need help finding something after July 3rd, 2025.
  • What happens to my orders or subscriptions?
    North Sea subscriptions will stay the same for now, but a new subscription plan is coming after July 8th, 2025. Our team will reach out to help you switch over. All Bessie Box subscriptions will be canceled after this date and moved to North Sea Fish & Farms.
  • What happens to my existing orders or subscriptions?
    Current Subscriptions on North Sea will stay the same for the moment, and our dedicated staff will reach out to migrate you over to a slightly different, but better subscription plan after July 8th, 2025. All current orders and subscriptions scheduled for after July 8th, 2025 on Bessie box, will be cancelled and you will need to re-order on North Sea Fish & Farms. All current Bessie Box subscribers will be contacted with additional support.
  • Will my billing or payment information change?
    If you already have a North Sea account, no changes are required. If you're new, you’ll need to add your billing info when creating your account.
  • Is Shipping changing?
    Yes, as of July 3rd, we will be offering free delivery for local delivery (Calgary, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Airdrie) on all orders over $200. Everywhere in Alberta will be available for shipping through our Rural Shipping program. This is exclusively shipped frozen, with confirmed 2 day shipping to make sure your product comes at the same top-quality you know and love. Rural shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Will the product or service offerings change?
    Yes, in a good way! You’ll have access to a broader range of products from all three brands—conveniently in one place. One checkout, one delivery, more to love ❤️
  • Are there any new features or benefits?
    We’re working on new features after confirming all customers are happy with the new setup. Stay tuned!
  • Will pricing change?
    Some pricing may change slightly to reflect new offerings, but we remain committed to unbeatable value.
  • Where are the cases of products?
    You may see case sizing on items has been removed - but don't fear, just subscribe! This change is to allow us to offer 5% savings over all items, no matter how much you order, instead of just on ordering cases.
  • Will support channels remain the same?

    Our support hours are 9am - 4pm , and you can reach us through info@northsea.ca . We’re here to help!
  • What happens to my personal data?
    Your data remains secure. We’re updating our privacy policy to reflect the change, but your info will not be shared or sold.
  • How is my data being protected during the transition?
    We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all data. No billing or payment info is being transferred.
  • Will the website look different?
    Not much! We’re refreshing the navigation slightly so you can find products from the new brands easier.
  • What should I expect from the new brand experience?
    A more seamless, unified experience with the same dedication to top-quality and service you’ve come to expect and love!
