Ahi means "fire" in Hawaiian, and references the smoke that was produced from the fishing line going over the side of the boat so quickly. This hearty fish, also known as yellowfin tuna, has a mild taste and firm texture. A very versatile catch. This is AA grade Ahi Tuna.

6 oz Ingredients: Yellowfin tuna, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate, beet extract, annatto sale. Processed from FAS Tuna.
8 oz Ingredients: Yellowfin tuna, filtered wood smoke as a preservative.
