Our second flavour in the line-up of Cedar Planked Atlantic Salmon, from the Cedar Bay Grilling Company, in Nova Scotia, Canada. This salmon comes pre-soaked on a cedar plank, ready for the oven or grill. Simply thaw and cook.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or submerge the vacuum sealed bag in cool water. (Cool water takes approximately 30 minutes to thaw.)
Remove from packaging and cook soon after thawing.
Place Cedar Planked Salmon on a lined baking sheet for the oven or directly on the BBQ grill.  Detailed cooking instructions are included on the packaging.
Cook until an internal temp of 158F has been reached. (approx. 14 - 18 minutes)
