Once the smell of the seasonings and cedar plank combine and fill your kitchen, you'll immediately see why this is one of our favorites! This delicious Atlantic Salmon comes to us from the Cedar Bay Grilling Company, in Nova Scotia, Canada. Not only is this salmon delicious but it's also exceptionally convenient. The Salmon is pre-seasoned, and placed on a pre-soaked cedar plank, ready for the oven or grill. All you need to do is cook! We love this on a classic charcoal or pellet  grill, but it's also excellent in the oven. Whether you're having company over or just want a delicious meal after a long day at work, this salmon is a fantastic solution.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or submerge the vacuum sealed bag in cool water. (Cool water takes approximately 30 minutes to thaw.)
Remove from packaging and cook soon after thawing.
Place Cedar Planked Salmon on a lined baking sheet for the oven or directly on the BBQ grill.  Detailed cooking instructions are included on the packaging.
Cook until an internal temp of 158F has been reached. (approx. 14 - 18 minutes)
