These delicious bacon-wrapped scallops make great appetizers or snacks and are oh so easy. 10-20 larger scallops wrapped with high-quality bacon.
Pre-heat oven to broil. Remove the desired amount from the carton. Place the product on the pan on the middle rack of the oven. Cook uncovered 15-18 minutes, drain pan of liquid, turn scallops over, and cook an additional 5 minutes or until bacon is at the desired level of crispness.
Note: Oven temperature may vary. Scallops are done when the color of scallops changes from translucent to opaque. Allow 10% less cooking time if thawed.
