Every slice of bacon is made using a hands on, family focused approach. We dry cure our bacon with our specially made, locally obtained spices. It is then cured for 8 days before entering our smoker.
We try our best to utilize as many local, Alberta businesses' and products as we possibly can. From our pork & spices, right down to the packaging we feel it is important to use the best quality local products that we can find.
