Delicious, fresh Atlantic salmon wrapped around Florentine-style crab stuffing makes for the ultimate pairing. Our Atlantic salmon is sustainably raised and harvested in the cold, clear waters of the North Atlantic and is proudly 4-star BAP certified. Our wild-caught deep-sea red crab is caught in the clean, deep waters of Uruguay and then processed in Canada. 

Steak: 11-13 oz

Roast: 1.2-1.5 lbs

Salmon roasts are unsliced allowing you to use either as medallions or cook as a smaller roast. FROZEN.

Bake from thawed state at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 Fahrenheit. 

Roasts

Bake from thawed state at 350F for 18-22 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 Fahrenheit.
