Our Salmon burger provides delicious, healthy, high-protein fish patties. We use only Sockeye salmon in our burgers. The burgers are flavored with spinach and feta for a gourmet burger experience. Easy to cook – grill, bake or pan fry.

Preparation and Cooking Tips:
For best results cook from frozen. If thawed reduce baking time by 3-4 minutes.
Pan Fry:
Lightly oil pan and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 – 8 minutes per side.
Grill:
Preheat grill to 350 F. Grill for 4 – 5 minutes per side.
Cook burgers until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
