This hand stretched 8 "crust has authentic Italian flavours. It has been pre-baked on a stone and can be finished in less then 7 minutes in your oven or grill. This crust is vegan, gluten free and still rises. Your imagination is the only limit as to how you can finish it.

Cooking instructions: 

Keep crust frozen prior to baking. Do not eat crust without cooking. Remove crust from plastic wrap. Crust is done when the bottom is golden brown. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Due to oven variances, cooking times may require adjustments.  Best results when one crust is baked at a time. 

Conventional oven 

1. Preheat oven to 450˚F.

2. Remove crust from the plastic film over wrap.  Place frozen crust directly on the oven middle rack. 

3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, check crust after 5 minutes. Let the crust cool for 2 minutes.
 
Toaster oven 

1. Preheat oven to 450˚F.

2. Remove crust from the plastic film wrap. Place frozen crust directly on the oven middle rack.

3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, check crust after 5 minutes. Let the crust cool for 2 minutes.
 
BBQ 

1. Close the lid and preheat the BBQ to 450˚F.

2. Remove crust from the plastic film wrap.

3. Turn one of the burners off.

4.  Place the crust on the side where burners are off.

5. Keep BBQ lid open during cooking.

6.  Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. After cooking, let the crust cool for 2 minutes.
