Our Atlantic salmon is sustainably raised and harvested in the cold, clear waters of the North Atlantic and is proudly 4-star BAP certified. Our wild-caught deep-sea red crab is caught in the clean, deep waters of Uruguay and then processed in Canada.

Salmon roasts are unsliced allowing you to use either as medallions or cook as a smaller roast. FROZEN.

Bake from thawed state at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 Fahrenheit. 

Roasts

Bake from thawed state at 350F for 18-22 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 Fahrenheit.
