Cooking Instructions:
Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 375°F. Add portion of Sea Salt & Pepper Ribs to fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Sea Salt & Pepper Ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

1/3 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove (pressed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
