Storage – Product must be stored below -18°C/0°F. If your freezer is warmer, the sushi rice will become dry & crumbly.
Thaw & Serve – Remove the number of sushi packs needed from the freezer. Place a single layer of sushi packs on a flat surface. Do not stack sushi packs.
1. Water Bath: Place sushi packs under cold running water for approximately 60 minutes or until tender to the touch.
2. Refrigerator: Thaw in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
Do Not Re-Freeze Sushi. Use thawed sushi pieces within 48 hours.
